Description

A career accelerating opportunity for a dyed-in-the-wool Annual Report Account Director.

The speed read

This corporate communications consultancy has an opening for an AD to run one of their lynchpin FTSE100 accounts.

The facts

You will have great support in leading this consultancy's very established client.

The AR team you would be joining is settled and strong. You get to exercise your already brilliant skills in running an AR with your client service colleagues, and managing all the disciplines around you. This 50 strong creative studio has a supportive, progressive team culture and people who go there stay (we can evidence this).

This role has unique potential to grow into a position that supports the senior team with strategic client conversations. You would get the chance to work with clients at pitch and early stage conversations so this is for you if you like to think bigger picture and commercially. So if you have been around or want to be around conversations about the broader client environment and their motivations when placing their business with agency partners, this is a great opportunity to develop more strategic chops, beyond specific project delivery. If you have an interest in regulatory environments, this would be good too. But there is a full consultancy offering here (of course).

You'll have:

  • 5+ years of senior level client exposure and AR project delivery.
  • An interest beyond project delivery.

You'll be:

  • Fantastic in a team. Smart, empathetic, a great listener.
  • Calm, unflappable, supremely organised.
  • More than happy to be in the London studio 3 days a week.
