A globally respected communications agency wants to expand its freelance design roster in New York, ideally on Eastern Time hours. From finance to tech, healthcare to arts and professional services, this is a chance to produce standout creative for high-profile B2B clients.
The facts:
You will be designing for a huge range of projects: editorial and layout, presentations, brand identity, campaigns, websites and storyboarding for film and animation. You will be keen to bring your smart, considered thinking to design for businesses that need their messaging and positioning to be carefully considered. You enjoy presenting the rationale for your work to a Creative Director and other senior leaders, but you also have the autonomy to work through the implementation of your idea within the team and bring a fierce attention to detail.
There’s flexibility built in. If you’re New York-based, you’ll have the option to head into the office a few days a week for that in-person creative buzz, but there is flex if you need to be more remote. It will depend on your experience and the type of project you are being considered for.
You’ll have:
- A portfolio that shows off strong design thinking and a range of beautifully designed branding and communication projects.
- Experience working in b2b branding and communications or campaigns. You may have done some b2c, but you still bring a really good understanding of strategy and messaging.
You’ll be:
- Someone who brings a passion for typography and graphic design in the b2b world
- Articulate, organised, a self-starter, flexible.
- Good with autonomy as well as plugging in where necessary. You can think for yourself and are keen to show added value to a Creative Director with your thinking skills.
