A corporate communications agency working across branding, print and digital is looking for a Live Events Manager.
The facts:
It’s not your first rodeo in the event world. You know how to make the event everyone will be talking about, whether it’s in-person, hybrid or virtual.
You’re good at the people part – charming clients, warming up stakeholders and investors, finding and motivating the right team. You don’t mind being the main point of contact for clients and enjoy being the glue that holds the event together. You’re also good at the managing part – budgets, timelines, technology, and logistics.
The offer is quite new, so you’ll get the opportunity to really make an impact and shape the role and overall department. You’ll be doing this by supporting the Head of Live events in finding and chatting to new clients, growing the internal team, and using the power of creative thinking and problem solving.
You’ll be:
- Talking with animators, designers, and other creatives in the studio.
- Managing events mostly for a professional audience – VIP’s, investors, stakeholders, and other important people.
- Travelling occasionally, somewhere between 4/5 times a year.
You’ll have:
- 10+ years’ experience in event production/planning/delivery.
- Knowledge of audio-visual production and presentation technology, theatrical stage craft and production processes for delivering live event experiences.
- Amazing foresight – you know everything that could potentially go wrong and how you’ll solve it before it even happens!
