A luxury hospitality group (office, workspace, members club, restaurants) is looking for their next Head of Marketing.
The facts:
There are 2 distinct, luxury west end properties. You get the chance to manage and inspire a team of 4 to deliver top class marketing and PR activities across membership, events, F&B, cultural programmes, and partnerships. The output is across digital, social, print and media, campaign, websites, and a calendar of events.
You’ll be:
- Reporting to the board and the CEO.
- Managing a PR agency.
- In a progressive hospitality environment with a genuinely collaborative team and a supportive culture.
- Interested in data and performance as that gets folded in to campaign work.
- A people person. You like being in the thick of it, leading and guiding.
- Keen to keep learning and deepening your knowledge. They are adding in new properties in and are going for growth.
You’ll have:
- A high profile. You’ll get noticed.
- The ear of the board and the CEO.
- A real eye for detail.
- A go-getting, positive style. You love the hospitality sector.
- Strong hospitality marketing experience, a good understanding of luxury and what that means to members across 2 very different sites.
- A great management style. Open, honest, direct, friendly.
