A fiercely independent experiential and creative technology agency are seeking an Operations Director to join their London office. If you enjoy working in a busy and dynamic agency environment, working with some of the world’s leading brands, this is the role for you!
The facts:
You would’ve previously worked in a creative agency that delivers in 3D environment (by that we mean places and spaces). Now, you get the chance to take a view, contribute and advise on all areas of the business, while building strong relationships with your senior leadership team.
To date, you would have been at the centre of all day-to-day operations, driving high standards in project delivery, client service, internal processes, H&S and financial management. Now, you are ready to bring these together at senior level, with a strong consideration for what makes a well-run business.
This will suit somebody who can prove leadership experience, who likes to be around their team, and takes a broader view on the overall smooth running of the agency on a daily basis. While this is a flexible role, you will like the bustle of a creative agency environment.
You’ll be:
- Attuned to the pitfalls of running complicated creative projects and all its moving parts.
- Proactive in leading communications between operations staff and senior levels.
- A strong communicator with sharp thinking skills.
- Commercially aware.
- Good negotiator and advisor.
- Great with people.
You’ll have:
- Operations experience in a creative agency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive for positive culture.
- Experience working with international clients within the Middle East.
- Experience with Interactive technology & software.
- Financial literacy and a brilliant attention to detail.
