A historic and well-known restaurant group with 5-locations across London known for its great atmosphere and service ethos, are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team, help them grow to the next stages with the opportunity to become head of marketing in due course.
The facts:
This is for an ambitious and creative marketer who has the energy to continue to build an exciting brand, by developing and managing a strong marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and client experience across all restaurants.
You’ll be:
- Overseeing the membership strategy, utilising the existing data to encourage repeat visits and increase the base.
- Working with staff and suppliers to come up with imaginative and effective ways to promote the restaurants in their local areas.
- Collaborating with creatives such as artists, designers and musicians to add that extra edge to the brand.
- Monitoring marketing and PR performance through website and campaign data as well as building relationships with influencers.
- Managing website, social media and membership communications.
- Working with a junior marketing exec who’ll be your right-hand for everything.
You’ll have:
- Ideally with marketing experience within the casual dining / hospitality / F&B worlds.
- Excellent budget, communications, and team management skills, able to work closely with multiple stakeholders from the in-house team and external partners.
- Strong project management skills, to take on and delegate tasks.
- The ability to read and understand data to build campaigns and keep the Exec Team abreast with developments.
- Experience defining and driving digital marketing strategies across social channels.

This is a hybrid role, splitting your time between the restaurant sites, which are all in central London.
