Description

This agency working in luxury, hospitality and F&B needs an F&B strategist with a pretty immediate start.

It's a pretty specific ask. You will be advising a world leading brand in the luxury hospitality sector on three new F&B offerings at their new property in a leading Italian city.

Over a 6 week period (which could extend), you will travel to Milan, perhaps a couple of times, to meet and work with senior stakeholders to work with them to plan the 3 x offerings and approach.

During this time you will also:

  • Advise on the back of house operations and interior set ups to achieve the best F&B environment.
  • Support the business case development for the offerings
  • Develop the strategy and present to senior clients
  • Develop pricing strategies and advise on interior kitchen positioning
  • Carry out market and trend analysis on Italian, European and international food culture and present findings to your client
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape

In a perfect world, you would have a deep understanding of food culture, specifically Italian but could be European and/or international. Either way, you have a deep interest in food and can lead a quality conversation with a client to help them make the right choices. You will work very closely with a senior agency leader on this project, so you will have a good brain to spar with. It’s a fantastic brand.

You may have advised clients in an agency environment, but you could have also worked brand side doing this kind of work.

There is flex on how many days a week, but it could be around 3-4 days a week for 6 weeks from 15 Sep with the chance to extend. It will be mostly remote working with some Italian travel once or twice during the period for a few days at a time.
