A tech content marketing agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

As a senior account manager, you’re used to working with clients directly, taking briefs (or questioning them for more details) and finding solutions. You’re also confident in managing different content formats like campaigns, landing pages, long and short forms of writing and anything else digital, for the B2B market.
Thankfully, despite the client being a tech agency, their requests are more creatively/design focused so you won’t get bored of doing the same thing over and over again. It does mean that you’re someone skilled at talking with copywriters, designers, producers, and anyone else who will make the launch of the final product a success.
If you have a bit of a strategy eye there will be opportunities for you to use it. However, it will be one of many strings, not the bow itself.
You won’t be alone in all of this, there are currently 3 other team members to share the workload with. And you should share it, there are multiple projects that need attention simultaneously, so delegating is a must in this fast-paced environment.
You’ll be:
- Managing the relationship between the agency and one American- based client (but don’t worry, your personal time won’t be compromised to accommodate them!).
- Supporting with strategizing, but not in charge of it.
- Managing multiple projects with different sets of requirements for different audiences.
You’ll have:
- 5+ years’ experience in similar roles.
- Experience with B2B/tech clients.
- Mind-blowing organisation skills.
