This tightly knit, well established agency is looking for an experienced Midweight Designer. You’ll be joining a small team with plenty of ambition behind them. With a roster of clients in the governmental, public and corporate sector your ideas will truly make a difference.
You’ll be keen to own projects as well as lend a hand when required. This agency manages delivery of Design, Copywriting, Strategy, Marketing, Publishing, Internal communication, Film and Brand so there will be plenty to get your teeth into. Editorial, layout and sharp typography skills are a must. The majority of the work is print based but content marketing is becoming a big part of their business so you’ll need to be adaptable and hungry to learn.
Reporting to the DD you will take initial concepts through to design development. You’ll need sharp communication skills, confidence and a genuine interest in creating great ideas which help the client stand out. From the colours you use to the way you write, from routine emails to nationwide campaigns your ideas will shine through.
You must have 3 years agency experience, mainly in print but with a good understanding of design for digital.
Able to demonstrate conceptual campaign skills
You’ll have experience of designing for screen and print along with a knowledge and understanding of CC, film and animation.
Able to challenge and influence while being personably accountable for delivering top class work.
Adept at building relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers and partners. You’ll need to get the best out of the people around you.
Ambitious, ideas driven, adaptable, approachable, dependable.
Able to leap tall orders in a single bound.
